Experience in Criminal Law

Having prosecuted criminal defendants both as an Assistant District Attorney and as District Attorney for 16 years, Dave is quite familiar with the criminal courts of the commonwealth. Since leaving the District Attorney's office, he has engaged in the general practice of law, pursuing an active criminal defense and plaintiff's civil practice. In more than 40 years of experience, Dave has successfully tried many different types of cases ranging from first-degree murder, auto accidents, property line disputes, and traffic tickets.

He has appeared before the Courts of Somerset, Cambria, Bedford. Westmoreland, Washington, Allegheny, and Franklin countries. Dave also appears on behalf of injured claimants and for disabled persons before the Social Security Administration as well as the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania. Dave also assists clients with estate planning, settling decedent estates, and real estate transactions.
